Note that any question with a red asterisk is a required question, so if you do not answer it, you will be prompted at the end to complete it. The more information you’re able to provide, the better advisement the underwriting team can give. You may send the link to your client so they’re able to complete the questions, but please note that you will not be able to save your answers and continue later.
Once you’ve completed the fields presented, click on “Submit” and it will be routed electronically to our underwriting team. They will get back to you once they\’ve reviewed it and will advise on next steps.
