Jason Byers Joins DBS as Regional Sales Director for South Territory

Industry Veteran Brings Over Two Decades of Expertise

DBS is excited to announce the addition of Jason Byers to the team as the new Regional Sales Director for the South Territory. With an impressive career spanning over twenty years in the insurance industry, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role.

A Utah native, Jason began his career in the Property & Casualty sector with the California State Auto Association. In 2007, Jason joined Crump as a Sales Director, where he focused primarily on working with LPL producers. His journey in the life insurance brokerage space continued with positions as Sales Marketing Manager for The Merz Agency and most recently, Allegis Advisor Group.

Jason’s extensive expertise with various products and carriers enables him to provide producers with the best insurance-based solutions tailored to meet client needs and budgets. He enjoys the challenge of finding solutions for hard-to-place cases and familiarizing producers with innovative products. 

Outside the office, Jason enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and playing guitar. He is also an Audi-VW enthusiast and is the go-to expert for family and friends on all things mechanical and automotive-related.
