Minneapolis, MN (July 28, 2025) – Diversified Brokerage Services (DBS) is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Dombrosky to its team as Regional Sales Director for the Northeast Region. Greg brings a wealth of experience, proven track record of sales leadership, and deep understanding of the market to further enhance the organization’s growth and engagement efforts in this territory. In his new role, Greg will be responsible for overseeing relationships in New York, New Jersey, and all of New England including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Based in Manhattan, he’ll report to Jeremy Robeck, Vice President of National Sales.
“We recognized an opportunity for growth and expansion in this territory and wanted to ensure that advisors in this part of the country had a dedicated resource,” explains Robeck. “Greg’s expertise, market insight, and results-focused mindset make him the ideal choice to meet the evolving needs of our advisor partners.”
Dombrosky’s appointment supports DBS’s plan to grow its presence in core areas. As Regional Sales Director, Greg will collaborate with advisors to identify opportunities, shape sales strategies, and advise on client solutions.
“This initiative aligns with our broader sales strategy,” says Kurt Fasen, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Dedicating a specialized resource to the Northeast and New England regions will be a key driver of future growth and expansion.”
Greg comes to DBS from Saybrus Partners, where he was a Wealth Management Consultant, giving financial advisors across the country advanced and unbiased insurance planning options. Before that, he was a Wealth Planning Consultant with Capitas Financial, where he built up his expertise in cross-selling, point of sale, and strategic positioning, in addition to providing guidance and advice on client solutions. Greg graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Political Science and Government.
Greg is excited to bring his skills and passion for excellence to the Northeast Region. “I am truly honored to join the organization,” said Greg. “I look forward to working alongside talented colleagues and building meaningful relationships with financial advisors across the Northeast. Together, we can drive new growth, deliver outstanding value, and set new standards of excellence in the region.”
With Greg’s arrival, Ed Curtin will sharpen his focus on the Mid-Atlantic States, where he has long demonstrated exceptional leadership and relationship building. Ed will maintain a few key relationships in the Northeast but will dedicate greater attention to growth initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic territory that includes Washington DC, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
“This strategic repositioning allows our organization to better serve clients by aligning sales expertise with regional market needs, explains George “Chip” Van Dusen, DBS President & CEO. “By expanding the team and refining our focus, we are investing in long-term partnerships and setting the stage for continued innovation.”
Greg holds his CFP designation, his Series 6, and his Health & Life license that includes annuities and variable contracts. In addition, he has his Real Estate Development Certificate from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He’s actively involved in fundraising efforts and furthering the goals of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation along with Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure.
