Tiffany is an exceptional addition to the team and is well-positioned to lead the Underwriting Department to greater success and innovation, ensuring continued growth and excellence in all aspects of underwriting.
Tiffany’s professional journey began as a case manager in brokerage, a role that provided her with a foundational understanding of the industry’s intricacies. Her exceptional skills and dedication soon propelled her to the role of team lead, where she worked closely with high-end producers and played a crucial role in training new hires, sharing her knowledge and setting high standards of excellence.
Her adeptness at navigating the complexities of the insurance landscape quickly became apparent, leading to her transition to underwriting—a field where she has since concentrated her efforts.
Fifteen years ago, Tiffany established her own consulting company, where she provided invaluable support to multiple Brokerage General Agencies (BGAs), and her strategic thinking and industry knowledge were instrumental in driving success for her clients. Over the past five years, Tiffany has served as an Underwriting Consultant for DBS. Her work during this period was characterized by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving landscape.
Recently, Tiffany transitioned to working with the large case team and elite advisors. This move underscores her adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges. Her role involves underwriting large and complex cases, developing strategic relationships with advisors and carrier partners, and continuing her legacy of training and mentoring.
